Today's Top Lots

The top lot for today's Old Master Through Modern Prints sale at Swann was Rembrandt's extremely rare The Flight into Egypt: Altered from Seghers, an etching, engraving and drypoint, circa 1653, which brought $72,000.

The other two top lots for the day were Marc Chagall's Le Cirque, a color lithograph from 1967 that sold for $48,000, and Pablo Picasso's Le Danseur, a color linoleum cut, 1965, that brought $43,200.
